For Spring/Summer 2020 – a set of overshirt, overalls and bandanas were created with acclaimed Berlin based Finnish electronic duo Amnesia Scanner using randomly selected images by the band members Ville Haimala and Martti Kalliala. Re-contextualised and curated by Vyner Articles into a series of prints. One of them notably features The Pied Piper of Hamelin with accidental spray spot, the Piper famously drew away the rats from the German town of Hameln in the 13th century to be fouled by the mayor and in revenge taking away all of the village’s children with him, much as Amnesia Scanner’s repetitive cadences mixed with all out chaos does for an end of the world soundtrack.
