We try to respond to all email inquiries the same day, but we are a small team so it can take up to 24 hours during busy periods.

All international orders are shipped by DHL International and are timed and tracked.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ApplePay, and PayPal payments.
How much does the shipping cost to my country?
We ship worldwide with DHL Express and offer flat shipping rates:
Finland, standard mail 5€
Finland, DHL Express 10€
Europe, DHL Express 15€
Other countries, DHL Express 20€
How soon will I get my order delivered?
We aim to pick and pack your order within 1 to 7 business days. You will get a notification email with a parcel tracking number once we have dispatched your order.
Can I track the shipment?
Yes, all our shipments are trackable. You will get the tracking link in the shipment confirmation email.
I received my order but the size does not fit me, what to do?
If you need to exchange to a different size of the same product, please make a new order for the new size. Please check the availability on the webstore as unfortunately, we do not always have the full size range in stock for all the products. Please contact us at online@vynerarticles.com to agree on the return of the originally ordered product. Our full return policy is explained here.

Please check our size guide for each product on the product page. If you’re still unsure, please contact us at online@vynerarticles.com and we’ll be happy to help you with the measures.
Do I have to pay tax or customs for my order?
All our prices are inclusive of 24% Finnish VAT for EU customers. Customers in Sweden pay the local 25% VAT. Customers outside the EU are responsible for all local customs and taxes of the delivery country.
